Steven Gerrard was appointed as new Rangers manager and says he is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
Rangers have had it tough but managed to get back where they belong.
Lets hope Rangers can start competing with Celtic soon and brighten up the Scottish Premiership soon.
It may take a season or two but we need healthier competition in this league.
